Yoga at Lunch – 5th Grade
Yoga movements have been shown to help keep a child healthy, increase self-confidence, help focus in school, be happier and feel more relaxed. Yoga at lunch is taught by a certified yoga instructor and will be offered in-person, during recess every Wednesday starting January 10 – ending February 7. Participation is limited to 20 students.
