Yoga at Lunch

  Yoga At Lunch 3rd – 5th grade

Yoga movements have been shown to help keep a child healthy, increase self-confidence, help focus in school, be happier and feel more relaxed.

Mary Ann Aubrey will be our Yoga instructor – she is a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga to adults and children for many years.

Yoga at lunch is offered one day a week for 6 weeks during winter lunch recess to 3rd,4th,and 5th grade boys and girls.
